Returns and exchanges


We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. As part of our ongoing mission to provide the best customer service possible, offers a fair and flexible return and exchange policy.


  • All items except for condoms, lubricants, bath & body, intimate hygiene, DVDs, and Gift Cards can be returned or exchanged.
  • Return and exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase and our customer care department will work with you to determine the best solution, including replacement, exchange, or refund.
  • If an item does not perform because of a manufacturers defect, we will accept the return within 180 days from the date of purchase and issue a replacement free of charge. If the item is still under manufacturer’s warranty, we will work with you to ensure a replacement item is issued.
  • Adult DVDs can be returned only if they are unopened or faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to a manufacturer’s defect. Customs fees are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive your request we will issue a return / exchange authorization including next steps for returning the item, or request additional information.
